Markseasy Preparation Private Limited (trading as Prepseed) acts as a processor for personal data that customers instruct us to process in connection with our software products and custom delivery engagements. Where required under the GDPR, we enter into a written Data Processing Agreement (DPA), known in German practice as an Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV).
When a DPA applies
- You are a controller (or processor) established in the EEA/UK (or otherwise subject to the GDPR), and
- You engage Prepseed to process personal data on your documented instructions as part of a product or services contract.

What our DPA covers
- Subject matter, duration, nature, and purpose of processing
- Types of personal data and categories of data subjects
- Obligations of the processor (confidentiality, security, assistance with data-subject requests, breach notification)
- Subprocessors and conditions for engagement
- International transfers (including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable)
- Return or deletion of personal data at the end of the engagement
- Audit and information rights consistent with Art. 28 GDPR
How to request a DPA
Email vivek@prepseed.com (or help@prepseed.com) with your company name, registered address, and the Prepseed product or project in scope. We will provide our standard DPA/AVV for review and signature as part of contracting. German summary: /de/dpa.
